INTRODUCTION This program builds on Investment Banking and Structured Finance 1. For purpose of the outline, each day is divided into two modules, resulting in a total four modules for the entire course. Structured products are an important tool for investment banking financial institutions and portfolio managers to create a diverse set of instruments that appeal to a wide range of investors. Auditors are faced with a tremendous challenge in acquiring the product knowledge to conduct an effective audit. This coaching session describes the various instruments that are used in the markets and how they are structured and how they can be audited. Calling All... This coaching session is also beneficial for portfolio and hedge fund managers and trainees.
